Gloucestershire Cricket Trust relaunched its community team in 2022 with a commitment to prove a cricket club can be more than a sport venue. The year saw 300+ school children at Schools Day, 2,000+ at Community Days, five Sporting Memories groups across Bristol, a new Walkers and Talkers group at Seat Unique Stadium (100% of participants report reduced social isolation), and a Kit Drop and Swap making cricket accessible to 70+ people. The club is the first UK cricket signatory to the UN Sports for Climate Action framework and raised £4,000+ for Children's Hospice South West.
