Greenhouse Sports is a London-based charity delivering evidence-based Positive Youth Development (PYD) programmes through full-time coach-mentors embedded in schools in London, Leicester and Portsmouth. In 2024-25, the charity supported 8,021 young people across 73 programmes, delivering 3.5 million hours of sport and 1.1 million hours of mentoring. Working exclusively with young people in areas of high deprivation, the programmes are multi-year, strengths-based and year-round. Evidence shows participants attend 11 more school days per year than peers, achieve higher grades, and report significantly better wellbeing and confidence.
