IPSEA provides free specialist legal advice and support to families of children and young people with SEND across England. In 2024/25, the charity reached over 1.1 million website visitors, delivered 3,017 helpline advice contacts, and trained 3,438 people on SEND law. It secured policy changes in 4 local authority areas and responded to 8 national consultations, including contributing to the Government's SEND reform debate.
