Annual Report and Accounts 2024/25
The NSPCC is the UK's leading children's charity, working to prevent abuse and neglect and to support children who have been harmed. In 2024/25 the Helpline responded to 69,920 contacts from adults concerned about a child, and Childline delivered 162,018 counselling sessions to young people. The charity met or exceeded 46% of its impact framework targets and was close to target on a further 26%. Key campaign milestones included Listen Up Speak Up's third burst reaching 4,078 new sign-ups, and 1.4 million parents engaging with the Talk PANTS body safety programme. Policy wins were secured on several IICSA recommendations, and the Childline Vision programme was rolled out to extend reach to more children.
