Weston Park Cancer Charity funds research, improves treatment, and provides care and support for people affected by cancer across South Yorkshire, North Derbyshire and North Nottinghamshire — a region of 1.8 million people with around 10,000 new cancer diagnoses each year. In 2024/25 the charity supported over 3,300 donors and fundraisers, helped 1,013 patients through welfare benefit advice securing over £2.8 million in financial gains, and merged with Cavendish Cancer Care. Its Cancer Clinical Trials Unit has run 1,048 trials involving 18,260 patients since 1999.
