Annual Review and Impact Report 2023-2024

The White Ensign Association supports serving and veteran members of the Royal Navy, Royal Marines and Royal Fleet Auxiliary with financial guidance, employment support and resettlement advice. In 2023/24 the charity supported over 4,500 beneficiaries, assisted around half of all Royal Navy and Royal Marines service leavers, and helped individuals claim over £325,000 through the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme. A new strategy doubled staff capacity and introduced a Financial Wellbeing Manager and a full-time Scotland regional manager, significantly expanding reach.
