More than 33,000 people supported through core services across Wales, Lancashire and beyond, with a further 18 services established or expanded during the year.
More than 4,500 vulnerable adults were supported during police detention and interview by the Appropriate Adult Service, and 3,003 children and young people were reached through Bloom, Your Resilience and Me & Money programmes.
