Breakout Youth provides confidential support groups and activities for LGBTQ+ young people aged 11-25 across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, alongside professional training on sexuality and gender identity. The charity runs regular groups in five locations, extending support into rural areas where dedicated LGBTQ+ youth provision is otherwise scarce.
