Diabetes UK is the UK's leading diabetes charity, fighting for a world where diabetes can do no harm through research, advocacy, support and prevention. In 2024 the charity invested £4 million in 17 new research projects, reached 349,000+ people through its Know Your Risk tool, launched its first stigma awareness campaign, and secured continued momentum on the Path to Remission programme. The Type 1 Diabetes Grand Challenge surpassed £23 million invested since 2022. Total income was £38.4 million with charitable expenditure of £31.2 million.
