Epilepsy Society is the UK's leading epilepsy charity, founded in 1892, delivering world-leading research, specialist medical services, residential care and advocacy. In 2024/25 the charity completed 1,872 MRI scans, processed 20,322 Therapeutic Drug Monitoring samples, published 89 academic papers and supported 5,696 helpline contacts. All seven of its care services were rated 'good' by the CQC, and its researchers made significant advances in genomic diagnosis and the link between climate change and seizures.
