88% of programme participants were actively seeking employment, education or training on completion, with 123 employers worked with during the year.
Community grants
16 Blooming Genius community grants awarded worth £26,495, supporting grassroots ideas creating inclusive opportunities for neurodivergent children and young people.
Neurodivergent and disabled people recognised their strengths and moved towards work or learning, while employers and public services became more inclusive.
