Groundswell is a London-based homeless health charity that places lived experience at the heart of everything it does. In 2024-25, its Homeless Health Peer Advocacy team supported 540 clients through 3,688 health appointments, helping people experiencing homelessness access the healthcare they deserve. Through peer research, advocacy and partnerships, Groundswell campaigns for systemic change to tackle the health inequalities faced by homeless people.
