Herts Young Homeless (hyh) has been preventing youth homelessness in Hertfordshire since 1998. Their annual report covers prevention, outreach, Nightstop emergency accommodation and school-based education programmes, with a vision to directly prevent homelessness for 2,500 young people by 2030.
