LandAid Impact Report 2025

LandAid brings the UK property industry together to end youth homelessness. In 2024-25, the sector raised £3.4 million, supporting 1,469 young people through grants, pro bono expertise and partnerships. Across its 2024-29 strategy, LandAid has awarded £1.9 million in grants to 64 projects and generated an estimated £42 million in social value — a return of more than £5 for every £1 invested.
