Annual Review 2022/23: Transforming Relationships

Relate, the largest provider of relationship support in England and Wales, reached over 2 million people in 2022/23. Nearly 20,000 adults accessed relationship counselling and 4,047 children and young people received counselling. Outcomes were strong: 80% of adult clients reported improved situations and 86% of young people saw mental health gains. The year also saw a major brand refresh and new 2023-26 strategy launch.
