In 2022-23, the charity reached 8,000+ people through services and training, supported 2,740 young people through youth wellbeing projects, and provided 2,184 out-of-hours crisis contacts via its Journey Recovery Hub. 585 carers were supported and 126 volunteers gave 5,000+ hours.
