Impact Snapshot
Funding awarded
More than GBP 6.2 million was awarded this year to hundreds of local groups and individuals in every corner of Somerset.
Local people helped to find brilliant ways to support their neighbours, reaching people facing hardship, isolation and disadvantage in towns and villages across the county.
