Thames Reach is a leading London homelessness charity specialising in people with complex and multiple needs, including substance misuse and poor mental health. In 2024-25, income grew 10% to £29.5m, over 2,500 people were helped to sustain tenancies, 120+ moved into employment and positive move-ons from accommodation rose to 178. The charity's ethos of never giving up on people drives work spanning street outreach, emergency hostels, tenancy support, health services and employment across London and beyond.
