NACCOM Impact Report 2024-25

NACCOM is the UK-wide frontline network of charities working to end destitution and homelessness among people seeking asylum, refugees and migrants with No Recourse to Public Funds. In 2024-25, its member network accommodated 4,434 people — a record high since data collection began in 2013 — including 2,008 refugees and 1,509 people with NRPF. The report highlights an entrenched migrant homelessness crisis driven by hostile immigration policy, with 1,386 people arriving at member services from rough sleeping or insecure accommodation. NACCOM's advocacy, research and policy work — conducted in close partnership with Homeless Link, Refugee Action and Asylum Matters — continued to push for systemic change.
