In 2024–25, 2.4 million benefits calculations were completed, 1.5 million people identified unclaimed entitlements worth an average of £5,396, and £3 million in grants was awarded to 2,164 people. The charity also launched the PIP Helper tool and stepped up its influencing work with government.
