Annual Report and Consolidated Accounts 2024/25

Scope is the disability equality charity in England and Wales working towards An Equal Future — a 10-year strategy with three goals: ending the disability price tag, closing the disability employment gap, and transforming attitudes. In 2024/25 the charity supported 4.6 million disabled people through its services, advice and online community. Nearly 400 disabled people secured jobs through personalised employment support, with 68% still in work six months later. The Cost of Cuts campaign on disability benefits led to a 100,000-signature petition, a packed parliamentary event and a coordinated letter from 120+ organisations — contributing to the government scaling back proposed cuts by £4.5 billion. PurpleSpace, acquired in May 2024, now supports 4,500+ disability network leaders globally. Scope also closed 77 shops to reduce costs by £4m annually and restructured its operating model to focus on long-term impact.
