Annual Report and Accounts 2024–25

Young Women's Trust (trading name of YWCA England & Wales) champions young women aged 18–30 on low or no pay. Their 2024–25 annual report covers direct support to over 5,000 young women through coaching, workshops and CV feedback, alongside research and campaigning on workplace inequality, insecure work and the gender pay gap. Over half of young women supported reported an income increase.
